1. Ownership All digital assets available on i44b.com — including but not limited to typefaces, motion clips, branding kits, prints and any associated files — are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective authors and h3l™ Branding Agency. All rights reserved.

2. License Upon purchase, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal or commercial license to use the purchased asset. This license does not grant ownership of the asset, nor the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files in any form.

3. Prohibited Uses Purchased assets may not be: resold or redistributed in original or modified form, included in free or paid asset bundles, used to create competing font or design products, or claimed as original work by the buyer.

4. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of all products, all sales are final. 
No refunds will be issued once files have been delivered.

5. Liability i44b™ and h3l™ are not liable for any damages, losses or claims arising from the use or misuse of purchased assets. All assets are provided as-is.

6. Intellectual Property Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification of any i44b™ asset constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved under Argentine jurisdiction.
